Each intervention can be used for any of the services covered by the contract. Outside the contract: missions requiring several days on site, very large-area projects and services requiring advanced processing (full 3D modelling, advanced 3D renders), which are subject to a separate quote.

Who can sign up for a multi-service contract?
This contract is for anyone with a recurring need for drone surveys or inspections: property developers, property managers, engineering firms, architects, engineers, technical managers, construction companies and municipalities, across one or more buildings, apartment blocks or sites in French-speaking Switzerland.
Which services are covered by the contract?
All our standard services: technical building inspection, thermal survey, RGB measured survey, 3D scan & modelling and site monitoring. Each intervention under the contract can be used for any of these services, depending on your needs at the time.
How does an intervention work under the contract?
You contact us to schedule an intervention; we reply within 24h and can intervene within 5 days anywhere in French-speaking Switzerland. All our interventions are carried out by a pilot certified by the FOCA, in accordance with Swiss regulations. The sliding-scale travel rate of your package applies automatically, with no new quote for each mission.
Which package should I choose for a portfolio of several buildings?
For a developer or property manager overseeing several sites, the Gold or Platinium packages offer the best price per intervention and per kilometre travelled. The Silver package suits a company or management firm with an occasional but regular need.
