General Terms of Sale and Use

These general terms of sale and use (hereinafter the “General Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.inspection-drone.ch (hereinafter the “Site”) as well as the services and products offered on the Site by Inspection Drone (hereinafter “We”, “Our” or “the Company”).

By accessing and using the Site, you expressly accept these General Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately stop using the Site.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the use of the Site inspection-drone.ch, which offers drone inspection services, notably in the fields of surveillance, photography, mapping and related services.

3. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free and open to any user with an internet connection. The Company uses all necessary means to ensure access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond our control.

4. Services offered

Inspection-Drone.ch offers professional drone inspection services, including:

Technical inspection: Inspection of infrastructure (buildings, roofs, bridges, power lines, etc.).
Aerial photography: Aerial photography for advertising, media or real estate purposes.
Mapping and 3D modelling: Creation of digital maps and models from data collected by drone.
Other custom services: Specific services on request.

5. Orders and pricing

Prices are stated in CHF and may be subject to change without notice, although the prices applied when an order is placed will remain in force. Payment is made by bank card or any other method available on the Site.

6. Delivery and performance of services

Once your order is confirmed, we undertake to perform the service within the agreed timeframe, except in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control (adverse weather conditions, legal restrictions, etc.).

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, except for customised services or those already performed. To exercise this right: titouan.damenstein@inspection-drone.ch

8. Liability

The Company undertakes to provide its services with care and professionalism. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the services, nor for delays caused by events beyond its control.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, images, videos, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.

10. Protection of personal data

11. Applicable law

These General Terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the Company’s domicile or registered office.
